Description
Alexandre Bain comes from a winemaking family and has a 13-hectare vineyard. He uses horse plowing and holds both organic certification and biodynamic certification.
Most of the soil is Portlandian limestone, with a small portion featuring Kimmeridgian limestone that is 1.4 million years old, similar in structure to that of Chablis.
The owner understands that each plot of land has its own personality and aims to intervene as little as possible in the winemaking process.
