It was once selected as the WINE of THE MONTH by The Peninsula Hotel in Hong Kong! The wine is produced by a French Master Sommelier from a Michelin three-star restaurant, inheriting the family estate. The estate owner’s motto is “Moins mais Mieux,” meaning “Less but Better.”
As a result, the estate practices minimal intervention in growing, vinifying, and aging the wine.
